Collection: Creative Fest

Come and join one of our Bristol-based craft and creativity sessions suitable for 8-12 year olds; if you have a younger or older child who wants to come along, please contact us directly before booking a ticket. We've got a range of events scheduled throughout the summer holidays filled with making, crafting, and imagining! With only 25-30 slots available per event, you can expect lots of opportunities to experience personalised learning in a relaxed, safe, and creative environment.

Events running on the 24-25th July 2019 will be taking place at the 1st Filton Scouts Hut, Nutfield Grove, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7LJ. 

Events running from the 29th July 2019 will be taking place at FACE Filton, 49 Elm Park, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7PS. Both locations have a car park which can easily be accessed to drop off and pick up attendees.

Try your hand at*:

• making your own notebook;
• designing and creating a personalised print to be framed;
• making slime;
• designing and creating badges, magnets, mirrors and keyrings;
• pop-up book design and creation;
• make your own puppets (animation sessions coming soon!);
• making your own paper;
• gelli plate printing;
• creative writing.

There will be one fully-qualified, enhanced DBS checked and experienced member of teaching staff to a maximum of 30 students, ensuring that every attendee has the support and focus they need, whilst maintaining a friendly atmosphere. All resources are included in the price of each ticket, as well as snacks and drinks during break times. There will be a small tuck shop on site, so bring along some change!

If you are staying through the lunch break, you will need to bring along a packed lunch each day, as well as suitable clothing (something you don't mind getting messy!) and any medication you require.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide personal care, travel or any 1-2-1 level of support for members to engage with these events; if you need this we may be able to help point you in the right direction to get support in place.
