#flashinspo can help! Whatever your medium, it is simple to get involved. All you need is 10 minutes, something to work with (pen and paper/sketchbook and pencil/paint and canvas/body and performing space/musical instrument - the possibilities are endless...) and a prompt.

You can find prompts everywhere, but if you're struggling to let go of any pre-established behaviours - i.e. 'oooh what can I see that I could use? The curb? No that's boring. That man has a nice hat on, how about hats? No I'm rubbish at drawing hats...' - then you can find plenty of inspiration from our brand new #flashinspo collection, or from exploring the hashtag online :)
